(1) If there is reasonable cause to suspect that any radio device connected with an offense punishable under this Act is in any immovable property or vehicle, the Chief District Officer may at any time search such immovable property or vehicle. Can issue a warrant to search the vehicle.
(2) An officer who has obtained a search warrant under sub-section (1) may enter any immovable property or vehicle specified in the warrant and seize any radio device which he suspects to be related to an offense punishable under this Act.
